Maintenance contract — AxiTech provides planned preventive maintenance for edge® Multiparameter DO Meter from Hanna Instruments: scheduled visits, safety checks, periodic calibration and a documented service report, backed by a contractual response time.

Troubleshooting, repair and spare parts — our ph, conductivity & water analysis engineers diagnose and repair edge® Multiparameter DO Meter on site or in the workshop, fit genuine spare parts and recommission the equipment after performance verification.

Contrats de maintenance pour edge® Multiparameter DO Meter

AxiTech propose des contrats de maintenance préventive pour edge® Multiparameter DO Meter. Chaque contrat fixe un calendrier de visites planifiées au cours desquelles nos ingénieurs biomédicaux inspectent l’équipement, remplacent les pièces d’usure avant la panne et vérifient qu’il reste dans les tolérances du fabricant.

Chaque visite comprend l’étalonnage et la vérification des performances, et se conclut par un rapport de maintenance documenté que vous pouvez présenter lors d’un audit d’accréditation. La disponibilité des pièces de rechange et le délai d’intervention garanti sont inscrits au contrat : une panne ne laisse jamais un service sans réponse.

Prévoyez au moins une visite de maintenance préventive par an, et une seconde visite pour les équipements en usage continu ou critique.

En cas de panne de edge® Multiparameter DO Meter, nos ingénieurs commencent par un diagnostic structuré : codes d’erreur, contrôles électriques et mécaniques, puis test fonctionnel au regard des spécifications de l’équipement. Comment dépanner edge® Multiparameter DO Meter

Déroulez ces vérifications avant toute escalade. C’est la séquence de premier niveau que nos ingénieurs biomédicaux appliquent à leur arrivée : soit elle lève la panne, soit elle la circonscrit suffisamment pour que l’intervention démarre avec la bonne pièce de rechange dans le véhicule.

  1. Documentez la panne avant toute manipulation : notez le code ou message d’erreur exact, le numéro de série figurant sur la plaque signalétique, ce que faisait l’opérateur, et si la panne disparaît après redémarrage.

  2. Contrôlez l’alimentation de bout en bout : prise murale, cordon secteur, fusible et tout onduleur ou stabilisateur intercalé. Un appareil qui s’éteint par intermittence présente bien plus souvent un défaut d’alimentation qu’une panne interne.

  3. Vérifiez les consommables et les pièces d’usure — filtres, joints, tubulures, sondes, batteries — et relevez leur dernière date de remplacement. Tout élément au-delà de son intervalle d’entretien est le premier suspect.

  4. Reproduisez la panne une fois, délibérément, et consignez la séquence : action de l’opérateur, affichage de l’appareil, et disparition ou non du défaut après une coupure complète de l’alimentation.

  5. Si la panne subsiste, escaladez avec les éléments recueillis. Transmettez à AxiTech le modèle, le numéro de série, le code d’erreur et les vérifications déjà effectuées : un ingénieur vous répondra avec un diagnostic, un devis de réparation et un délai d’approvisionnement des pièces pour edge® Multiparameter DO Meter.
