About AxiTech

The core of precision in medical equipment service

AxiTech keeps medical equipment accurate, safe and available — through planned maintenance contracts, fast troubleshooting and repair, and the supply of new and refurbished equipment.

Our work

What we do

AxiTech is a medical equipment service company. Our work begins once a device is installed and continues for the whole of its working life: scheduled preventive maintenance, calibration and performance verification, corrective repair when something fails, and the supply of replacement or additional equipment as a department grows.

Most of that work sits inside a maintenance contract. The contract defines the equipment covered, the visit schedule, the response commitment for breakdowns, what the fee includes and what is quoted separately, and the reports you receive after every intervention. It is written so a biomedical manager can hand it to an auditor without further explanation.

The rest is on demand. A device stops mid-session, a laboratory needs a spare part quickly, a clinic is fitting out a new room and wants equipment specified, supplied, installed and commissioned. We take that work whether or not the equipment originally came from us.

Method

Our engineering capability

Maintenance is only worth what the method behind it is worth. Ours is built on trained technicians, traceable measurement, real parts and a written record of every intervention.

Biomedical technicians

Interventions are carried out by biomedical technicians working to the manufacturer's service documentation and the device's own test procedures. Technicians are assigned to the equipment families they are trained on.

Calibration and performance verification

We verify that a device still performs inside its specified tolerances using traceable reference instruments, and we record the values measured before and after any adjustment on the visit report.

Spare parts sourcing

We source original and manufacturer-approved parts, and identify equivalents when a part is discontinued. Parts commonly needed by the equipment we cover under contract are held so a routine failure does not wait on shipping.

Documented reporting

Every visit produces a written report: equipment identified by serial number, work performed, measurements taken, parts fitted, the outcome, and the date of the next scheduled visit. Reports are archived per site so an equipment history can be reissued on request.

Workshop repair

Faults that cannot be resolved safely on site are handled in our workshop, where a device can be opened, tested under sustained conditions and re-verified before it goes back into clinical use.

Supply, installation and commissioning

For equipment we supply, we handle delivery, installation, commissioning checks and user handover, so a device enters clinical service already verified and already documented.

Commitments

How we work

Four commitments shape every contract we sign and every call-out we take.

  • Precision

The Core of Precision is a working standard, not a tagline: measurements are taken against traceable references, tolerances are recorded, and nothing is signed off on a visual check alone.

  • Reliability

Planned visits happen when the contract says they will. When a visit has to move, it is agreed in advance and rescheduled inside the same period — never quietly dropped.

  • Compliance

Work is documented so it stands up to inspection: identified equipment, recorded values, named technician, dated report. Your compliance file becomes a by-product of the service rather than extra work.

  • Response

Breakdown response times are agreed in writing and measured against the contract. When a fault is reported you are told what happens next, and when.

Who we work with

Who we serve

We work with the people responsible for keeping clinical equipment running — biomedical departments, technical managers, laboratory supervisors and practice owners.

  • Hospitals
  • Clinics and polyclinics
  • Laboratories
  • Imaging centres
  • Diagnostic centres
  • Dental practices

Where we work

We carry out on-site visits across our service area and coordinate multi-site agreements from a single point of contact, so a group with several branches receives one schedule, one set of reports and one commercial relationship.

Coverage

  • Lebanon

If your site sits outside the areas listed, contact us — out-of-area coverage is assessed case by case.
