Maintenance contracts
Planned preventive visits, calibration and performance verification, corrective interventions and a committed response time, for one predictable annual cost. This is the core of what we do.

Diagnosis and corrective maintenance on site or in our workshop, spare parts sourcing, emergency response and post-repair testing, with a written report for every job.

Which service do you need?
Most of our customers use all three, but they start in different places. Here is the shortest way to tell which conversation to open.
Choose a maintenance contract when
You run equipment that has to be available every clinical day, you need calibration records and device histories for your quality system, and you would rather commit to one predictable annual figure than absorb unplanned repair invoices.
Choose a one-off repair when
Something has failed now, or a single device is behaving oddly and you need a diagnosis before deciding what to do with it. No contract is required: we quote the job, repair it, test it and document it.
Choose to purchase when
A device has reached the end of its supportable life, repair cost is approaching replacement cost, or you are opening a new department. We specify, supply, install, commission and train, then keep the equipment maintained.
