Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the AxiTech website. Please read them before submitting a request. They sit alongside — and never override — the quotations and contracts we sign with customers.

01
Scope of these terms and of our services
AxiTech provides maintenance contracts for medical equipment, troubleshooting and repair, and the sale of new and refurbished medical equipment. This website presents those services and allows you to request information and quotations. It is not an online shop: no order is placed, accepted or concluded through it.
02
Using this website
You may browse the site, request quotations and use the quote cart for genuine professional enquiries. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems, submit automated or fraudulent requests, extract the catalogue by scraping or bulk download, or use the site in any way that disrupts it for other users. We may restrict access where we detect abuse.
03
Product and service information
Catalogue content, technical specifications, images and availability are published for information and may change without notice: manufacturers revise specifications and equipment availability moves. Nothing on this site replaces the specification confirmed in a written quotation. Where site content conflicts with a signed quotation or contract, the signed document prevails.
04
Quotations are not binding offers
A request submitted through this site is a request for information. It is not an order and it does not bind either party. A quotation we issue is an invitation to proceed: it is valid for the period stated on it and remains subject to availability, to a technical survey where one is required, and to written acceptance by both parties. A contract comes into existence only when AxiTech accepts your order in writing, or when both parties sign an agreement.
05
Maintenance contracts
The terms of a maintenance contract — the equipment covered, the visit schedule, response times, what the fee includes, exclusions, duration, renewal and termination — are set out in the signed contract and its schedules, not on this website. Descriptions of our maintenance service published here are illustrative and neither create, extend nor vary any contractual obligation. Where this site and a signed contract differ, the signed contract governs.
06
Repairs
Repair work is carried out on the basis of a diagnosis and, where the work is not covered by a maintenance contract, an accepted quotation. A diagnosis may reveal further faults; where it does, we tell you before continuing and issue a revised quotation. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults we were not asked to address, for damage caused by interventions carried out by others before ours, or for consequences arising from equipment operated outside the manufacturer's stated conditions.
07
Equipment sales and warranty
Equipment we sell is supplied under the commercial terms stated on the quotation and order documents, including price, delivery, the scope of installation and commissioning, and payment terms. New equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty; refurbished equipment carries the warranty stated on the quotation. Warranty cover excludes wear parts and consumables unless expressly stated, damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification or repair carried out by others, and use outside the manufacturer's specified conditions. Title in the equipment passes only on full payment.
08
No clinical advice
The content of this website is technical and commercial. It is not medical advice, not a clinical recommendation, and not a statement that any device is suitable for a particular clinical use. Deciding whether a device is appropriate for a clinical purpose, and operating it safely, remains the responsibility of the healthcare provider and its qualified staff.
09
Intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics and logos on this site belong to AxiTech or its licensors. Manufacturer names, brand names and product images belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the equipment we service and supply; their appearance does not imply any endorsement, authorisation or partnership beyond what we state explicitly. You may not reproduce site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10
Third-party links and services
This site links to third-party websites and embeds third-party services such as maps and messaging. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or for the way they handle your data; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
11
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, AxiTech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including loss of profit, loss of data or interruption of activity. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or free of error. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Liability arising from services we actually perform is governed by the corresponding signed contract or accepted quotation, not by this page.
12
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of [jurisdiction to be confirmed before publication], and the courts of [jurisdiction to be confirmed before publication] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them. This clause does not affect any mandatory protection available to you under the law of your own country of residence.
13
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services or the applicable law change. The date shown at the top of this page is the date of the current version, and the version in force is the one published here at the time you use the site.
