New & refurbished medical equipment

We supply medical equipment to hospitals, clinics and laboratories, new from the manufacturer or professionally refurbished, and we stay with it after delivery through installation, commissioning, user training and a maintenance contract.

New or refurbished

The right answer depends on how long the device has to last, how quickly you need it and what you already run. We will tell you which one we would choose in your position.

New equipment

Supplied through manufacturer and authorised distributor channels, with the full factory warranty, original accessories and complete documentation. This is the right choice when you need the current specification, a long service horizon, or a model your existing fleet already standardises on.

Refurbished equipment

Fully reconditioned devices: stripped down, inspected, fitted with new wear parts, recalibrated against manufacturer specifications and safety tested before delivery. This is the right choice when budget is fixed, when you need a second unit for redundancy, or when the model is proven and parts remain supported. Every refurbished device is delivered with its test record and a written warranty.

From requirement to service

Six steps from clinical requirement to a device that is installed, commissioned, trained on and already in a maintenance calendar.

  1. Needs assessment

We start from the clinical requirement, patient throughput, the room the device has to fit into and the fleet you already run. Standardising on models you already service costs less across the life of the equipment.

  2. Specification & quotation

You receive a written specification and a quotation covering the device, accessories, first-period consumables, delivery, installation and training, so the figure in front of you is the real cost of putting it into service.

  3. Delivery & installation

We deliver, unpack, assemble and connect the equipment, verify the site requirements for electrical supply, medical gas, drainage and network, and install the accessories and options ordered with it.

  4. Commissioning

Before handover we run the manufacturer's acceptance procedure: functional testing, electrical safety testing and calibration, recorded as the device's baseline. That commissioning record becomes the first entry in its service history.

  5. User training

We train the clinical users who will operate the device and the biomedical staff who will look after it, on your own unit in your own department. A refresher session is included in the first year.

  6. Handover into maintenance

The device enters a planned maintenance calendar on the day the warranty starts, so preventive visits and calibration are already scheduled and the transition out of warranty changes nothing operationally.

What a purchase includes

A quotation covers the device and everything needed to put it into clinical service. What sits outside that is listed too, so there are no surprises at installation.

  • Assembly, connection and installation of accessories and options.
  • Manufacturer's acceptance testing and electrical safety testing before handover.
  • Initial calibration and a recorded commissioning baseline for the device history.
  • Training for clinical users and for the biomedical staff who will maintain it.
  • Operator and service documentation in the language your team works in.

  • A refresher training session within the first year of service.

Quoted separately

  • Civil, electrical, plumbing and medical gas works inside the room.
  • Network, HIS, LIS or PACS integration carried out by your IT provider.

Equipment purchase questions

What buyers ask before committing to a device.

A refurbished device is reliable when the reconditioning is documented. Ours are stripped down, inspected, fitted with new wear parts, recalibrated against manufacturer specifications and electrical safety tested before delivery, and each one ships with its test record and a written warranty. We only offer models whose spare parts and service documentation are still available, because a device we cannot maintain is not worth selling.

Get a specification and a quote

Tell us the clinical requirement, the room and the budget range. We come back with a specification, a quotation covering installation and training, and an honest view on new versus refurbished.

Ask for the maintenance contract at the same time and the device enters a planned calendar from day one, so nothing changes operationally when the warranty ends.
